Is it possible to resolve a dispute with an employer within one court date? Yes! We reached a settlement on the second!

We are pleased to inform you that at the turn of April and May 2025, a settlement was reached in a Warsaw courtroom between an employee employed as a General Manager and the employer in a case concerning claims arising from an employment relationship with an international capital group with capital from the Middle East.

The settlement was reached on terms satisfactory to both parties and concludes the dispute conducted in court.

The employee was represented by attorney Anna Alia Algawam and attorney Aleksandra Gurynow-Pulkowska, of counsel.

The parties agreed that the settlement exhausts the mutual claims related to the existing employment relationship and declared their intention to terminate all proceedings and further disputes in this regard.

This manner of resolving the dispute confirms our guiding principle of resolving disputes and eliminating the prospect of lengthy litigation.
